Job Role - Service Engineer lead - maintenance of Mechanical & Electrical equipment. They might be needed to install Mechanical & Electrical equipment diagnosed and resolve the issue.

*Required Skills

5.Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with a customer or team to resolve Mechanical system problems.

6.Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks according to urgency.

7.Being able to respond to emergencies in a timely manner and complete tasks within set deadlines.

8.Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients.

9.Ability to talk and sell to customers about new features and upgrades, if necessary, as part of their job specification.

*Responsibility Deliverable

1.Communicating with the customer to ensure that services are being delivered effectively.

2.Promptly following up on service request and providing customer feedback.

3.Monitoring and maintaining the performance of Mechanical / Electrical equipment.

4.Explain new features and suggest upgrades to customers.

5.Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements.

6.Ordering and stocking materials as needed.

7.Providing clear customer feedback.

8.Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients.

9.Writing reports on a regular basis and presenting findings to managers.

*Education & Experience

. Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical field

years of work experience in Industrial Equipment & Machinery Industry (Preferable)

. Experience in Industrial Air Compressor (Preferrable)

*Eligibility Criteria:

. Must have Two-Wheeler Vehicle.

. Have Driving License.

. Comfortable in 100% field work (All Bihar - Regions) per day.

. Age under 30 Years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
