Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Sales & Operations team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various aspects of sales, operations, and customer service within the agricultural industry. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and capable of contributing to our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day sales and operational activities of makhana and maize business .
  • Support the sales team in lead generation, customer follow-ups, and data entry.
  • Help in preparing sales reports and analyzing sales data.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in managing inventory and order processing.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in BSc./BA/B.Com/Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of sales and operational processes is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • A personal bike is required for the role due to the need for local travel.
