Divisional Manager Job Responsbility:
Job Purpose:
The incumbent will be responsible for managing and driving the microfinance business across multiple branches within the assigned division. The role involves formulating strategies to achieve business productivity, collection, and profitability targets while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and maintaining high portfolio quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Strategy
Formulate and implement strategies to achieve business growth and productivity targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and ensure branch expansion as per organizational goals.
Ensure adherence to microfinance guidelines and regulatory norms.
Performance & Target Management
Monitor branch performance against set productivity, collection, and profitability targets on a monthly basis.
Conduct regular performance reviews with Branch Managers and provide necessary guidance to improve outcomes.
Portfolio Quality & Collections
Ensure high-quality portfolio management with minimal delinquency.
Monitor collection efficiency and take corrective actions in case of irregularities.
Team Management & Leadership
Lead, mentor, and motivate the Branch Managers and field teams to achieve organizational objectives.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team capability and performance.
Education: Graduation
Minimum Work Exp required-:Minimum four year experience of handling microfinace business at least 4-5 Branches in any MFI / SFB/Bank and overall total 8+ years experience in MFI sector.
