Role Description

  • Oversee daily store operations including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management software
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
  • Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams for material flow
  • Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and safety of stored items
  • Monitor reorder levels and initiate purchase requests
  • Maintain documentation for inward and outward material movement
  • Implement FIFO/LIFO methods as per company policy
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Qualifications

Educational Background:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in store or warehouse management within a manufacturing setup Familiarity with raw material handling, finished goods dispatch, and inventory control systems

Technical Skills:
Proficient in ERP systems, MS Excel, and inventory tracking software Knowledge of FIFO/LIFO, stock auditing, and material safety protocols

Soft Skills:
Strong organizational and time-management abilities Effective communication and coordination skills Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
