Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CCTV / IT Camera Installer to join our technical team in Gurgaon. The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining surveillance systems, ensuring smooth functioning, and providing technical support to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and related IT hardware.
• Perform cabling, wiring, and setup of surveillance networks.
• Troubleshoot system errors and provide timely technical support.
• Conduct site surveys and recommend suitable camera placements.
• Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and company policies.
• Provide training to clients on system usage.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and service calls.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass / ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or IT (preferred).
• Prior experience in CCTV/IT hardware installation and support.
• Knowledge of networking (IP, LAN, Wi-Fi setup).
• Ability to work with tools, wiring, and cabling.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel for on-site installations within Gurgaon & NCR.

Experience Required

• 0–3 years of relevant experience (Freshers with technical knowledge can also apply).

Salary

• ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month + allowances (based on experience).
