Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Surat. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing any issues that arise. Daily tasks include communicating with clients to understand their needs, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, and providing training and support to clients. The Relationship Manager will also be expected to identify opportunities for business growth with existing clients and provide feedback to improve Petpooja's services.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management and Customer Support skills
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
- Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution skills
- Ability to work on-site in Surat
- Experience in the restaurant or SaaS industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
