Role Overview
We are seeking a
Creative Content Manager
who is not only a skilled storyteller but also a strategic thinker, capable of driving our brand narrative across all digital and offline platforms. The ideal candidate will lead the content team in creating engaging, meaningful, and visually appealing content that connects with our audience, builds brand loyalty, and drives business growth.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the nuances of the beauty and skincare industry, and can translate complex product benefits into relatable, inspiring stories.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies aligned with brand goals and marketing campaigns.
- Plan content calendars across social media, website, blogs, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
- Identify trends, insights, and audience preferences to create data-driven content strategies.
Content Creation & Management
- Produce high-quality written and visual content, including social media posts, blog articles, video scripts, newsletters, and product copy.
- Oversee creative storytelling, ensuring consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all channels.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and external agencies to execute content campaigns.
- Review and edit content for accuracy, quality, and alignment with brand standards.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of content creators, designers, and freelancers.
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure content supports campaigns, launches, and business objectives.
- Provide guidance and feedback on creative ideas, content production, and campaign execution.
Performance & Optimization
- Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools (social media metrics, website traffic, engagement rates).
- Suggest improvements and optimizations to enhance reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark content strategies and identify opportunities for innovation.
Brand Advocacy & Innovation
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of Dermatouch products, skincare trends, and industry developments.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand's mission, values, and positioning.
- Bring fresh, creative ideas to campaigns, digital initiatives, and brand storytelling efforts.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in content creation, content management, or digital marketing (D2C, beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands preferred).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone across formats and platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, digital marketing, and content performance analytics.
- Knowledge of SEO, content optimization, and basic marketing metrics.
- Hands-on experience with content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing tools).
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Passion for skincare, beauty, and lifestyle trends is a plus.
