Human Resource Manager

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager focused on policy formation and employee management, with a strong command of Zoho or other similar HR software. This role is integral to developing and implementing policies that align with our companys goals while ensuring compliance with labour laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Management: Oversee employee relations, provide guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, and career development
- Managing and executing the talent hiring process across functions
- Policy Development: Create, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that reflect organizational values and adhere to regulatory standards
- Zoho Implementation: Manage and optimize HR processes using Zoho People; customize modules as needed to enhance efficiency and reporting
- Compliance: Ensure company practices are in line with industry standards; and data protection measures
- Communication: Act as a liaison between management and staff, fostering a transparent and cohesive communication environment
- Training and Development: Design and implement training programs to support skills development and overall employee engagement
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5- 8 years of HR experience with a focus on policy and employee management
- Proficiency in Zoho People and other Zoho HR modules
- Strong understanding of employment law and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skill
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
