What will you be doing at Atrium?

In this role, you will join the best and brightest in the industry to skillfully push the boundaries of what�s possible by uncovering predictive insights. You will work with customers to make smarter decisions through innovative problem solving using AI, Analytics, and systems of intelligence. You will partner to advise, implement and optimize solutions through industry expertise, leading cloud platforms and data science.

As a Salesforce developer, you will be responsible for providing innovative solutions leveraging Salesforce�s capabilities with a focus on implementing and customizing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and making recommendations to support a rapidly increasing organization. Develops custom code using Visualforce, APEX, Java and other technologies to build customized solutions supporting business initiatives/processes. Implements best practices by developing, refining, iterating, testing, staging and deploying maintainable technical solutions. Integrates with other systems

In this role, you will

• Act as application functionality and technology expert, as well as, full life-cycle
• Owner for applications
• Deep understanding and practical experience with the core components, data model and features of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Engage in requirements elaboration and clarification with business analysis and end user teams
• Involve in the architecture & technical planning process for new & existing features, and create the detailed design in support of the requirements
• Develop logical and high-quality code which meets functional specifications along with technical requirements for reusability, maintainability, and scalability when appropriate
• Document logical and deployment architecture & maintain the development environment
• Establish best practices around solutions
• Ensure technical consistency and stability within an application: performance, reliability and maintainability
• Work with on-site/off-site developers, as well as perform hands-on development (Apex, Visualforce, , SOQL, Triggers, Custom Objects, etc.)
• Handle web services API integrations with other internal and 3rd Party systems
• Communicate risks and issues clearly to project stakeholders

In this role, you will have:

• BS degree or equivalent with 3+ years IT experience and at least 2+ years of experience in architecture, design, and development specifically with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementations
• Proven knowledge of FSC-specific features such as Action Plans, Life Events, Financial Goals, and the various Person Account models
• Strong Object Oriented Development Skills
• Proficiency in the development environment including custom objects, Apex, Visualforce, , IDE, Triggers, Migration Tools, Communities and Web Service integration
• Excellent focus on Apex testing and governor limits
• Knowledge of the following technologies is a strong plus: Java/J2EE, Oracle.
• Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Consultant Certification is a significant advantage.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Advanced Developer Certifications are plus
