Overview The Salesforce Developer/Sr. Developer is a crucial role within the organization, primarily responsible for the design, development, and implementation of innovative Salesforce solutions that enhance business processes and drive user engagement. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, test, and implement custom Salesforce applications and components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications through continuous updates and optimizations.
  • Design and implement scalable and efficient data models in Salesforce.
  • Utilize Salesforce APIs to integrate third-party applications with Salesforce.
  • Participate in Agile development methodology, including sprint planning and retrospective meetings.
  • Document technical specifications and ensure comprehensive documentation of developed solutions.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce best practices and new features.
  • Perform unit testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide estimates for new features.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity across the Salesforce platform.
  • Participate in deployment processes and change management activities.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users as required.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in Salesforce development or architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Ability to develop and manage complex Salesforce solutions and integrations.
  • Experience with SQL and database management.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and design patterns.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools and version control systems.
  • Understanding of CRM systems and business processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience with Agile development practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and effectively.
