Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesforce Developer role based in New Delhi. The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions on the Salesforce platform. Key tasks include creating Visualforce pages, developing custom components using Lightning Web Components, administering Salesforce environments, and ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce systems to meet organizational requirements.

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to support the development, configuration, and administration of our Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning OMS, as well as integrated SaaS applications. This role will work closely with Systems and Process Architects to deliver efficient, user-friendly, and scalable solutions across client-facing, back-office, and executive teams.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Systems Architects to design and implement customized Salesforce solutions that drive key business processes
  • Develop and support CRM features and integrations with external systems
  • Coordinate with IT to ensure seamless system integration and data flow
  • Manage system release schedules and participate in rollout planning
  • Lead and contribute to the development of new projects using Lightning Experience and clean, scalable code
  • Leverage Salesforce features to drive process improvements and operational efficiency
  • Conduct gap analysis and research Salesforce capabilities to meet business requirements
  • Build applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura (minimized), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, along with declarative tools such as Flows and Process Builder
  • Maintain system configuration and technical documentation
  • Ensure best practices, including using Visualforce only when necessary (e.g., list view buttons or PDF generation), and prioritizing LWC over legacy Aura components
  • Take a lead role in implementing new Lightning OMS projects globally
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong desire to understand and enhance business processes through automation
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development (Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, Web Services)
  • Experience with Salesforce AppExchange product implementations and integrations
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector, DemandTools)
  • Ability to integrate Salesforce with other enterprise applications
  • Salesforce Developer and Administrator certifications
  • Intermediate verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong communication skills for requirement gathering, technical discussions, and progress updates

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II and Administrator certifications
  • Proficiency with the latest LWC framework and ECMAScript
  • Experience configuring connectors between Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFSC & SFCC)
  • Familiarity with the Lightning OMS data model
