Property Consultant

Job Description

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.

Generate leads through networking, referrals, site visits, and marketing efforts.

Conduct property showings and coordinate site visits with potential buyers/tenants.

Inspect properties to assess condition, verify details, and ensure accurate representation to clients.

Identify maintenance issues, structural concerns, or discrepancies during property inspections and communicate them clearly to clients.

Negotiate and finalize property deals.

Maintain relationships with clients and provide ongoing support.

Stay updated with local property laws, pricing trends, and market conditions.

Collaborate with builders, developers, and channel partners/brokers.

Maintain accurate records of transactions and documentation.

Requirements:

Should have min. 2/3 years of experience in sourcing.

Proven experience as a real estate broker/agent.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidates should have a proven track record in sourcing as well as closing deals.

In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market. Candidates must have strong networks with channel partners and brokers from Malad to Churchgate.

He must be familiar with the Mumbai's Real Estate market & property rates across the specified belt.

Ability to work independently and manage client relationships.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and real estate portals.
