We are looking for an experienced Applications Management Sub-Delivery Lead – Digital Manufacturing to manage and deliver SAP-based manufacturing solutions within a complex enterprise landscape. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional and technical expertise in SAP PP, SAP GBT, and SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), with a strong focus on supporting and optimizing digital manufacturing processes in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a global team of System Analysts and outsourced partners to ensure smooth operational management of the SAP environment, focusing on incident and change management.
  • Provide guidance and advice to system analysts on policies, procedures, priorities, and operational challenges.
  • Review and evaluate team performance, prepare reports, and mentor business analysts for career growth and performance enhancement.
  • Drive problem management initiatives by identifying root causes and reducing recurring incidents.
  • Oversee change management processes from business engagement, impact analysis, user testing, to production deployment.
  • Champion collaboration across global SAP power users to approve and manage SAP changes.
  • Proactively engage with users to identify pain points and opportunities for SAP improvements.
  • Promote sharing of best practices across SAP teams and business units.
  • Participate as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP projects and ensure smooth delivery of SAP manufacturing modules.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in SAP Manufacturing applications; 10-12 years preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Food Manufacturing business processes and digital manufacturing.
  • Hands-on configuration experience with SAP PP, SAP GBT; knowledge of SAP integration with QM, WM, PI/PO, EWM, Maximo (Plant Maintenance), MES (Smart Factory).
  • Experience with at least two full SAP project lifecycles involving SAP PP, GBT, and WM.
  • Proven track record in incident and problem management for SAP applications.
  • Ability to manage a global SAP support team with strong SLA adherence.
  • Experience driving root cause analysis and eliminating recurring incidents.
  • Skilled in business change management and SAP project delivery.
  • Experience facilitating user engagement and managing SAP change governance.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with global stakeholders.
  • Leadership in mentoring and developing teams.
  • Graduate degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certification in SAP development or relevant manufacturing SAP modules such as SAP PP (Production Planning), SAP GBT (Global Batch Traceability). Knowledge of SAP QM (Quality Management) and SAP WM (Warehouse Management) is a plus.
