About Limelight Academy

Limelight Academy is coaching center in Undri, Pune. We provide coaching to students from Std. V to XII for CBSE, ICSE, and IGCSE boards. What makes us unique are our 10 unique specialized educational courses that that we have recently launched that a super beneficial to students and professionals alike. We are a professor-led academy focused on academic excellence, and we need a dedicated individual to help us connect with the community.

The Opportunity: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Specialist or a Marketing Intern to join our team on a part-time, freelance basis. This is a crucial role for a self-starter who can effectively bridge the gap between our academic excellence and the students and parents who need our services. We're looking for someone who can thrive in a hybrid role that requires both on-the-ground, local outreach and digital marketing expertise.

What You Will Do:

Local Outreach: This is a core part of your role. You will be the face of Limelight Academy, building relationships with the national, international schools, co-operative societies, educational institutes in the Undri area.

Your tasks will include:

* Crafting and delivering proposals to school principals, academic coordinators, society managers, counsellors, etc.

* Setting up and attending meetings to discuss our unique course offerings.

* Distributing flyers and marketing materials in strategic, high-traffic areas.

Digital Marketing: You will manage our online presence to generate leads and build brand awareness.

* Create and manage content for our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

* Run targeted digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media Ads).

* Track and report on key digital metrics to ensure a strong ROI.

Content Creation: You will be responsible for designing and writing compelling marketing materials, including brochures, email newsletters, and presentation decks.

What We Are Looking For:

For a Specialist: A minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the education or a service-based industry. A strong portfolio of past work that demonstrates your ability to generate leads or sales.

For an Intern: Currently pursuing or a recent graduate with a degree in any field. A strong interest in marketing and the education sector. Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and be on the ground.

For All Candidates: Excellent Communication Skills: You must be confident in speaking with school administrators and parents. Self-Motivation: The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet weekly goals.

Location: You must be based in or around the Undri, Pune area and be comfortable with regular on-field work.
