Job Responsibilities

Social Media Content & Copywriting

  • Assist in brainstorming and creating engaging content ideas for social media.
  • Support in preparing content calendars for different platforms.
  • Write basic social media copies, captions, and hashtags.
  • Coordinate with the design team for creating posts.
  • Support in drafting ad copies for social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google).

Blogs, Articles & Website Content

  • Write simple, descriptive, and SEO-friendly content for websites.
  • Research blog topics and draft articles under guidance.
  • Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity and correctness.

Team Coordination & Learning

  • Work closely with the graphics and social media teams to adapt content with trends.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas.
  • Learn and apply creative frameworks for content planning.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good grasp of English grammar and writing style.
  • Creative thinker with interest in social media and content creation.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
  • Attention to detail with willingness to improve.
  • Freshers or candidates with 6–1 year of experience can apply.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any stream (English, Mass Communication, Journalism preferred but not mandatory).
  • Training/certification in content writing, digital marketing, or related fields is a plus.
  • Portfolio, college projects, or writing samples will be an added advantage.
