Position: Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist

About Us:

Jazak Builders is one of Ontario's trusted design & build companies, specializing in restaurants, cafes, and commercial spaces — from concept to completion. We're expanding our team and looking for a results-driven digital marketing expert to help us generate high-quality leads and boost brand visibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and run social media ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Create, manage, and optimize campaigns for maximum lead generation
  • Develop creative ad content (copy, visuals, and video ideas)
  • Manage Jazak Builders' social media pages (posting, engagement, and reporting)
  • Analyze ad performance and lead data, and adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements:

  • Proven experience running paid ad campaigns on Meta / Google
  • Strong understanding of lead generation and funnel optimization
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
  • Experience with construction, design, or real estate marketing is a plus

Job Type: Full-time on remote

Location: Canada (Remote )
