Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Growth (Organic):
  • Develop and implement strategies to organically grow Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Create engaging content ideas, manage posting schedules, and build community engagement.
  • Performance Marketing (Google & Meta Ads):
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Track KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions) and prepare reports with actionable insights.
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize on-page/off-page SEO.
  • Improve domain authority, backlinks, and ranking performance.
  • Perform regular SEO audits and implement improvements.
  • Web Development & Optimization:
  • Build and maintain websites (preferably WordPress).
  • Ensure websites are optimized for SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Implement tracking tools (Google Analytics, Pixels).

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media growth, performance marketing, SEO, and web development.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools
  • Website development skills (WordPress; HTML/CSS basics a plus).
  • Ability to interpret analytics and turn data into actionable strategies.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.
