We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Regulatory Administrator

Business: Intl Wealth & Premier Banking

Principal responsibilities

  • Administration, investigation and resolution of daily Transfer Agent, Administrator and Custodian queries as well as managing queries of the AMG Investment Management and Distribution offices.
  • Work closely with TA, Administrator and Custodian to ensure timely and accurate processing and settlement of transactions in accordance with the Service Level Agreement.
  • Assist with due diligence and management of third parties; Develop and maintain governance oversight over all operational aspects of the funds.
  • Have a risk management mind-set - monitor and enhance the controls of delegated and outsourced provider activities be involved in client service level reviews, setting up/monitoring KPI/SLAs, reporting on incident review; Maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of risk events.
  • Assist HIFL, HMG and the Conducting Officers in their responsibility for complying with all relevant Regulations, org's Group policies and other regulatory requirements in relation to oversight obligations.

Qualifications - External

  • 7+ years of experience in the Asset Management industry
  • Must have experience in operations of UCITS Public market/private market i.e. ETF, ICAV, etc. Fund structures.
  • Experience in operations within AIF fund environment with experience in fee and Invoice recommendation and settlement processes.
  • Strong understanding of NAV processes and oversight, accounting principles and fund structures.
  • Basic understanding, verifying daily unit counts, reviewing financial statements, and coordinating with internal and external auditors.
