Role Description

PhysicsWallah is currently hiring a Field Sales Executive for our Vijayawada location. This is a full-time, on-site role involving daily direct engagement with clients, prospective students, and parents to promote PW offerings. The role includes driving course's enrollment, building and maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating with internal teams for timely follow-ups, and meeting sales targets. The Field Sales Executive will also gather market feedback to improve overall strategies and services.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales and customer relationship management experience, including lead generation and follow-up abilities.
  • Strategic planning and organizational skills for field operations and meeting targets.
  • Proficiency in understanding client needs to offer tailored solutions, with an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the education sector is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
