Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable BI and data solutions using
    Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Microsoft Fabric
    .
  • Perform
    data modeling, ETL development, and data integration
    across multiple sources.
  • Develop and optimize
    dashboards, reports, and visualizations
    for business insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure
    data accuracy, consistency, and governance
    across platforms.
  • Work with large datasets, ensuring performance tuning and query optimization.
  • Implement and manage
    Microsoft Fabric / DZX (Data Zone/Delta Lakehouse)
    environment for advanced analytics.
  • Support migration and modernization of BI solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members and ensure best practices in BI and ETL development.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience
    in BI, data engineering, or analytics roles.
  • Strong expertise in
    Power BI, Tableau, SQL, ETL pipelines, and data modeling
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Microsoft Fabric
    and
    DZX (Delta/Databricks/related frameworks)
    .
  • Proficiency in
    data warehousing concepts and performance tuning
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    ETL/ELT tools and development frameworks
    .
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.
