š Weāre Hiring: Power BI Tech Lead | Immediate Joiners OnlyAre you a passionate Power BI expert with strong Python automation skills and proven leadership experience?Hereās an exciting opportunity to lead enterprise-scale BI initiatives in a fast-paced environmentš¼ Job Title: Power BI Tech Lead š Location: Bangalore / Chennai / Pune / Hyderabad š§ Experience: 9+ years (with minimum 2 years in Python automation ā mandatory) ā³ Notice Period: Immediate to 15ā20 days only (Strictly mandatory) šØ š¼ Employment Type: Full-timeš About the RoleWeāre looking for a hands-on Tech Lead who can design, develop, and deliver high-impact Power BI solutions while guiding a talented team of BI developers. If you love solving complex data problems and driving data-driven decisions, this role is for youš§ Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end development of interactive Power BI dashboards and data models.Collaborate with business stakeholders to transform requirements into actionable BI insights.Design and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes.Build and maintain SSRS and Report Builder reports.Implement Python automation scripts for process optimization. šEnsure data accuracy, performance, and scalability across all BI deliverables.Mentor and guide the BI team, conducting reviews and enforcing best practices.š§© Required Skills & Qualifications9+ years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics / Reporting.Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Python automation experience (mandatory).Team Lead or Technical Leadership experience is essential. š„Expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling, RLS, Performance Tuning).Strong command of SQL and understanding of ETL / data warehousing concepts.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.Experience in Healthcare domain is a plus, but not mandatory.š« Important Noteš¹ Only candidates with a notice period of 15ā20 days or less will be considered.š¹ Candidates not meeting the Python automation (2+ years) and team lead experience requirements are requested not to apply.If you meet all the above criteria, kindly share your updated CV at: š [tejashree.harish@ascendion.com]
