We’re Hiring: Power BI Tech Lead | Immediate Joiners OnlyAre you a passionate Power BI expert with strong Python automation skills and proven leadership experience?Here’s an exciting opportunity to lead enterprise-scale BI initiatives in a fast-paced environmentJob Title: Power BI Tech LeadLocation: Bangalore / Chennai / Pune / HyderabadExperience: 9+ years (with minimum 2 years in Python automation — mandatory)⏳ Notice Period: Immediate to 15–20 days only (Strictly mandatory)Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on Tech Lead who can design, develop, and deliver high-impact Power BI solutions while guiding a talented team of BI developers.If you love solving complex data problems and driving data-driven decisions, this role is for youKey Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end development of interactive Power BI dashboards and data models.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to transform requirements into actionable BI insights.- Design and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes.- Build and maintain SSRS and Report Builder reports.- Implement Python automation scripts for process optimization.- Ensure data accuracy, performance, and scalability across all BI deliverables.- Mentor and guide the BI team, conducting reviews and enforcing best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications- 9+ years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics / Reporting.- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Python automation experience (mandatory).- Team Lead or Technical Leadership experience is essential.- Expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling, RLS, Performance Tuning).- Strong command of SQL and understanding of ETL / data warehousing concepts.- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.- Experience in Healthcare domain is a plus, but not mandatory.Important NoteOnly candidates with a notice period of 15–20 days or less will be considered.Candidates not meeting the Python automation (2+ years) and team lead experience requirements are requested not to apply.If you meet all the above criteria, kindly share your updated CV at:( )
