Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our Customer Success team with a specialization in cloud cost reporting and customer engagement. This role involves client communication, cloud cost analysis, reporting, and support operations, ensuring customers gain maximum value from our platform and services.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Success & Communication

  • Assist customers during onboarding by understanding their objectives and aligning them with platform capabilities.
  • Conduct product/platform demos and clearly communicate features, cost optimization benefits, and best practices.
  • Respond to customer queries related to platform usage, cloud billing, invoices, and cost discrepancies.
  • Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and timely follow-ups.

Cloud Cost Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare and share cloud cost reports including:

  • Reserved Instances (RI) utilization and Savings Plan recommendations

  • Monthly cloud cost insights and optimization summaries
  • Cost anomaly alerts and trend analysis

  • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards based on account, business unit, service type, or usage pattern.

  • Analyze cloud billing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and assist customers in improving cloud efficiency.

Support Operations & Documentation

  • Log and track customer issues in ticketing/CRM tools, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to SLAs.
  • Raise and monitor AWS support cases under guidance and ensure resolution updates are shared with clients.
  • Prepare and maintain internal process documents, FAQs, and SOPs to improve reporting and support workflows.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: BE/B.Tech/MBA (IT) or related technical discipline.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in customer-facing, technical support, or reporting roles.
  • Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Cloud Knowledge: Basic understanding of AWS billing, cloud services, or FinOps concepts (preferred).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail with ability to interpret billing data and generate reports.
  • Customer Orientation: Proactive with a customer-first mindset and ability to handle escalations professionally.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage time efficiently.
  • Tools Exposure (Preferred): Excel/Google Sheets, AWS Cost Explorer, ticketing tools (Zendesk, Jira, Freshdesk), CRM platforms.
