Building and maintaining relationship with retailers and distributors
onboarding new dealers and finding qualified prospects for distribution ship
identifying new sales opportunities and creating new channels
Daily dealer visits
Developing and implementing sales and marketing startegies
meeting or exceeding sales targets
7.analysing sales data and market trends to make informed decisions'
coordinating and participating in promotional events and activities
providing regular sales reports to management
Preferred Candidate Profile
min 2 yrs of exp in managing retailers and distributors in the building material, bath fittings, hardware , sanitary ware and ceramic industry
strong knowledge of sales and marketing techniques as well as understanding of the industry and market trends
3.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in Gurgaon Market Area is Must.
