Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru South for a SAP SuccessFactors RCM Consultant | Immediate Joiner. The consultant will be responsible for configuring SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Management (RCM) modules and working closely with clients to understand business requirements. The role involves optimizing business processes, handling data migration, and integrating SuccessFactors solutions with other SAP modules to ensure seamless operations. Additional responsibilities include providing consulting services and ensuring successful project delivery within timelines.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess and enhance processes and solutions
  • Experience in Consulting and advising clients on SAP SuccessFactors best practices
  • Expertise in Business Process optimization and documentation
  • Master Data management experience for ensuring data accuracy and consistency
  • Experience with Integration of SAP modules, including cloud and on-premise systems
  • Proficiency in Recruitment Management with SAP SuccessFactors is essential
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; SAP certification in SuccessFactors RCM is a plus
