Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant & HR Executive. Based in Bengaluru South, the position involves providing consulting and technical expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, integrating data across systems, managing master data, and ensuring seamless workflows. The role collaborates with clients to align system configurations with business goals and optimize HR solutions for efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Process optimization
  • Experience in Consulting and advising clients on SAP SuccessFactors implementation
  • Expertise in Master Data management and data accuracy
  • Strong knowledge of Integration, including API methods and Cloud Platform Integration
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience with SAP HCM and hybrid migration solutions is advantageous
