Their technical capabilities extend to SAP HCM on-premise modules, user interface development, cloud platform integration, and advanced API-based integrations.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant. The Consultant will be tasked with implementing and optimizing SuccessFactors Employee Central modules, configuring business processes, managing integrations, and supporting data migration activities. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand their needs, ensuring proper alignment with best practices, and providing advisory services to enhance human resource systems and processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical and Consulting skills to assess, interpret, and solve complex business challenges
  • Experience with Business Process design and optimization for SAP SuccessFactors implementation
  • Proficiency in Master Data management for HR systems
  • Integration expertise, including Cloud Platform Integration and API-based methods
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with SAP HCM on-premise modules is beneficial
  • Experience with migration from legacy systems to cloud or hybrid environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
