Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies that align with organizational goals. Key tasks include recruitment and talent acquisition, employee engagement and development, performance management, and managing HR compliance. Additionally, the role entails coordinating HR policies and fostering a positive workplace culture that supports the individuals and initiatives of Nirantar SEWA.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee life cycle processes
  • Experience in employee engagement, training, and professional development initiatives
  • Proficiency in HR compliance, policies, and labor laws
  • Skills in organizational strategy, coordination, and communication
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and foster an inclusive workplace environment
  • Proficiency in human resources software and tools is beneficial
  • Prior experience in non-profits or social enterprise organizations is an advantage
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to dynamic organizational goals and contribute to impactful missions
