Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Ahmedabad for a Human Resources Manager at DIEV. Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, onboarding processes, and employee relations to ensure a positive and productive work environment. The role involves developing HR policies, managing payroll and compliance, and facilitating training and professional development programs. The manager will also support performance evaluation processes and foster a healthy workplace culture, aligning with the company's mission and values.

  • Problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in HR software and ability to adapt to new technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in a similar HR management role; experience in the electric vehicle or manufacturing industry is a plus
