About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our
International Voice Process
team. If you have excellent English communication skills and enjoy solving customer queries over calls, this role is a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:


• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for international clients


• Understand customer needs and provide accurate information or support


• Maintain professionalism and empathy during customer interactions


• Log call details and update internal systems accurately


• Meet performance metrics such as call quality, resolution, and customer satisfaction


• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow

Required Skills:


• Excellent command over
English
(comprehension + conversation)


• Strong customer service mindset


• Ability to handle international customers confidently


• Good listening and problem-solving skills


• Willingness to work in
rotational shifts


• Basic computer knowledge

Eligibility:


• Freshers welcome


• Candidates with prior
