Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials as per purchase orders.
  • Maintain proper records of inward and outward materials.
  • Ensure correct storage, labeling, and identification of materials.
  • Issue materials to production as per requisitions.
  • Maintain stock registers and update inventory in ERP/software.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification.
  • Coordinate with purchase, production, and quality departments.
  • Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Diploma (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in store or warehouse operations.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and material handling.
  • Basic knowledge of ERP/SAP software.
  • Good documentation and coordination skills.
