Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Human Resources Business Partner at NoBrokerHood. In this role, you will handle HR functions such as developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and processes. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, overseeing personnel management, ensuring efficient employee benefits administration, and supporting the organization's HR management strategies. You will actively collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with business goals and nurture a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
  • Knowledge and experience in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role is an advantage
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in India
