Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai, for a Human Resources Business Partner. The HR Business Partner will manage and implement HR policies, drive employee engagement, and ensure compliance with labor and employment laws. Responsibilities include overseeing performance management systems, facilitating employee relations, and supporting business objectives with strategic HR initiatives. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders to foster an inclusive and positive work culture.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and implementation experience with HR Policies and core principles of Human Resources (HR)
  • Expertise in managing Employee Relations and resolving workplace concerns effectively
  • Familiarity with Labor and Employment Law to ensure legal compliance
  • Experience in developing and driving Performance Management processes
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to adapt and deliver in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; additional certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus
