Role Description

E-commerce Marketplace Specialist

Are you a results-driven expert with a proven track record of boosting sales and optimizing performance across India's major e-commerce platforms? We are hiring an E-commerce Marketplace Specialist to own and accelerate our growth on platforms like Myntra, AJIO, Amazon, Flipkart & shopify.

This role requires a hands-on operator with end-to-end expertise in marketplace management and the ability to provide quantifiable proof of past success.

Key Responsibilities


• End-to-End Sales & Operations: Fully manage and drive sales performance across designated marketplaces (Myntra, AJIO, Amazon, Flipkart). This includes everything from product listing, inventory planning, and order management to returns processing and platform reconciliation.


• Listing Optimization: Ensure all product content, images, and attributes are optimized for platform search engines and high conversion rates.


• Promotional Strategy: Plan, execute, and monitor participation in all major platform sales events (e.g., Diwali, EORS, Big Billion Days) and proprietary deals to maximize revenue.


• Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key metrics (GMV, conversion rate, return rate, profitability) and use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and solve operational challenges.


• Relationship Management: Maintain effective communication with platform account managers to secure better visibility and promotional slots.

Required Skills & Experience


• Proven Track Record: 2–4 years of demonstrated, hands-on experience in successfully driving substantial sales growth on Myntra, AJIO, Amazon, and Flipkart.


• Operational Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of the backend portals, tools, and logistical requirements for all four major marketplaces.


• Quantifiable Results: Must be able to provide proof of success through case studies, specific metrics, or performance reports that detail revenue growth, listing efficiency improvements, or profitability increases achieved in prior roles.


• Analytical: Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and performance analysis.

Brownie Points: Performance Marketing Knowledge


• Any experience or knowledge in running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) to drive traffic and sales to our brand pages or marketplace listings is a significant advantage. Candidates with this dual capability will stand out.
