The company's focus is on expanding its product range within these established verticals to introduce new and innovative cleaning solutions.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Manage Listings
    : Product creation, catalog optimization, A+ content, and SEO for platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
  • Category Focus
    : Work on category-specific listings in
    Auto care (microfiber for detailing), Home cleaning
    , and
    Pet grooming
  • Ads & Promotions
    : Run platform ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads), handle deals and campaigns
  • Inventory Coordination
    : Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for stock, returns, and fulfillment
  • Reports & Insights
    : Use data tools to monitor sales, returns, pricing trends, and competition
  • Customer Feedback
    : Handle queries/reviews to ensure positive customer experience.

Desired Skills
:

  • 2+ years in ecommerce with
    category experience in Auto/Pet/Home verticals
  • Strong grasp of
    Amazon Seller Central
    , Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.
  • Working knowledge of
    Excel, Helium 10, Unicommerce, Zoho, Canva
  • Data-driven, quick learner, team player

Ideal Candidate Profile
:

  • Industry knowledge - Home cleaning / Pet care / Auto accessories
  • Marketplace experience - Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, JioMart
  • Tools - Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP), Seller Central, Canva
  • Soft skills - Proactive, detail-oriented, multi-tasker

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Customer Service and Communication: Strong skills in managing customer inquiries, complaints, and fostering positive customer relationships.
  • E-Commerce and Sales: Experience in managing online sales platforms, optimizing product listings, and developing sales strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Relevant Experience: Prior experience in e-commerce or a Q-commerce is MANDATORY.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
