Admin Assistant

An Administrative Assistant provides essential clerical and organizational support, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence (emails, calls, mail), maintaining files/databases, preparing documents (reports, memos), ordering supplies, and supporting staff to ensure smooth daily office operations, acting as a central hub for communication and workflow. Key duties include scheduling, communication management, document prep, data entry, and maintaining office flow, requiring strong organization, multitasking, and software skills (MS Office). Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, book appointments, arrange meetings, conferences, and travel.
- Communication: Answer phones, manage emails, greet visitors, draft memos, letters, and reports.
- Record Keeping: Maintain physical and electronic filing systems, databases, and contact lists.
- Document Management: Prepare, edit, proofread documents, presentations, and reports.
- Office Operations: Order supplies, manage inventory, submit expense reports, and handle basic bookkeeping.
- Staff Support: Assist managers and team members with administrative tasks and projects.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
