Job Description:

As a business analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technology solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze business processes, and translate requirements into actionable insights. The successful candidate will contribute to the success of the company projects by bringing a strategic mindset, analytical acumen, and effective communication skills.

Job Location: Hyderabad

Expertise Required: Written & Communication Skill, MS-Office, DFD, Time Management

Experience Required: 2-5 Years

Salary: Up to 5.5 LPA

Responsibilities:

 Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.

 Define reporting and alerting requirements.

 Help design, document, and maintain system processes.

 Manage each project's scope and timeline.

 Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.

 Coach team members in Agile frameworks.

 Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.

 Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders).

 Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.

 Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.

 Help teams implement changes effectively.

 Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.

 Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.

Skills Required:

 Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills.

 Basic knowledge in generating process documentation.

 Analytical Problem-Solving capabilities.

 Understanding of Software products, their features, and software services.

Must-Have Skills:

 Proven experience as a Business Analyst or related role.

 Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

 Proficiency in project management tools.

 Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Good to Have Skills:

 Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).

 Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.

 Experience in a client-facing role.

 Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages.

 Familiarity with project management methodologies other than Agile (e.g., Waterfall).

 Continuous learning mindset, actively seeking new technologies and industry trends.

Education Required

 Graduate: B.Tech/B.E. in Computers, BCA in Any Specialization.

 PG: MBA, MCA in Computers, MS/M.Sc in Any Specialization
