Key Responsibilities :-

1. Customer Service:
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Assist customers in selecting jewellery items based on their preferences and budget.

  • Provide information about types of jewellery, including materials, gemstones, and designs.

2. Product Knowledge:
• Stay updated on the latest Jewellery trends, styles, and industry developments.

  • Have a comprehensive understanding of the Jewellery inventory, including the materials used, craftsmanship, and pricing.

  • Explain the advantages, features, and benefits of various Jewellery pieces to customers.

3. Sales and Upselling:
• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

  • Use effective sales techniques to persuade customers to make purchases.

  • Upsell additional items or accessories to enhance the customer's shopping experience.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.

4. Inventory Management:
• Monitor and manage Jewellery inventory levels.

  • Keep track of popular items and ensure they are adequately stocked.

  • Report any inventory discrepancies or issues to management.

5. Payment Processing:
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment accurately.

  • Provide receipts and ensure a smooth checkout process for customers.

6. Merchandising:
• Ensure that the Jewellery display is organized, attractive, and visually appealing.

  • Rotate and update displays regularly to showcase new arrivals or featured items.

7. Build and Maintain Customer Relationships:
• Establish a rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

  • Collect and maintain customer information for future marketing efforts or promotions.

8. Communication:
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments within the store.

  • Stay informed about promotions, discounts, and special events to share with customers.

9. Security and Loss Prevention:
• Follow security procedures to prevent theft or loss of merchandise.

  • Report any suspicious activities or incidents to store management.

10. Professional Development:
• Attend training sessions and workshops to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
• Stay informed about changes in the Jewellery industry and market trends.
