Location: Wakad , Pune

Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to manage and lead our dynamic real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, achieving sales targets, mentoring team members, and ensuring exceptional client service. This is a critical leadership role with significant impact on business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management & Leadership
- Lead a team of Real Estate Sales Executives/Associates.
- Set individual and team sales targets track and monitor performance.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to improve productivity and professionalism.
- Conduct regular team meetings, reviews .
Sales & Client Engagement
- Generate leads and assist team in converting them into sales.
- Support team members during client meetings, site visits, and negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
- Reporting & Strategy
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity.
- Work with senior management to develop sales strategies and marketing plans.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in real estate senior role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market, trends, and buyer behavior.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organized.
Preferred Skills
- Local market knowledge (West Pune ).
- Experience in residential or commercial property sales.
