Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Andra Pradesh Khammami for an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key tasks include handling client relationships, developing and implementing operational strategies, and collaborating with different departments to optimize processes. The Assistant Manager will also be involved in training and mentoring staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations, and contributing to the continuous improvement of service delivery.

  • Team management, relationship management, and customer service skills
  • Strong operational strategy development and implementation skills
  • Proficiency in using technology and digital tools to enhance service delivery
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Tiruchirappalli
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
