Hiring MBBS Freshers for DMO / Clinical Assistant / Medical Officer
Department: Operations
Reports To: Centre Manager
Responsibilities
- Perform initial consultations and take a detailed medical history
- Monitor patients progress post OT procedures as per protocols
- Assist in scan room procedures
- Preparing Discharge Summaries
- Maintain accurate and clear medical records
- Update patient records in ARTis
- Counsel patients on their fertility options, provide ongoing care & emotional support
- Conduct Financial counselling in absence of Counsellor or during busy OP days at Centre for SA (Semen Analysis), DFI (DNA Fragmentation Index) etc
- Assist & accompany during the Out-Reach Camps (ORC's)
- Adhere to protocols given by Clinical Head / Consultant.
- Collaborate with all the departments to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Assist the Clinical Head
- Ensure patient safety, confidentiality at all times.
- Assist on Sundays for In-house camps. (Compensatory off will be generated which can be taken later)
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advances in fertility treatment
- Any other responsibility entrusted by Manager / Management from time to time
- Travel across locations of the organization from time to time on a need basis.

- BAMS, BUMS, BHMS
- Excellent Clinical Skills
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanour
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
