- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in the beverage industry, focusing on horeca sales, institutional sales, general trade, and FMCG marketing.
- Manage a team of professionals to achieve brand promotion, brand awareness, and promotional strategies across various channels.
- Identify new opportunities for expansion and develop plans to penetrate new markets or segments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services that meet customer needs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
Preferred candidate profile
- 5-10 years of experience in Beverage Industry with expertise in Brand Awareness, Brand Promotion, Business Development Management.
- MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any Specialization).
- Proven track record of success in developing effective promotional strategies that drive results.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels.
