Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Staff at Amoraya Hotels in Udaipur. The Front Desk Staff will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, attending to guests' inquiries, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk. The role requires providing exceptional customer service, addressing guest needs and concerns promptly, and maintaining effective communication with other hotel departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and knowledge of Phone Etiquette is essential.
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to manage guest interactions professionally and courteously.
  • Basic Computer Literacy to handle reservation systems, emails, and other necessary administrative tasks.
  • Additional qualifications such as fluency in multiple languages or prior hospitality experience are advantageous.
  • A friendly, professional demeanor with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
