Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Legal Advisor to provide comprehensive legal advice and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing their own caseload and providing clear, practical legal guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional legal advice and guidance to clients on a range of matters.
  • Manage a personal caseload from inception to conclusion, ensuring clients are kept informed throughout the process.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including forms, letters, emails, etc.
  • Conduct detailed legal research and analysis to build robust case strategies and advise on legal rights and obligations.
  • Represent clients in negotiations and mediations if required.
  • Liaise with solicitors, barristers, and other professionals on behalf of clients.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all professional standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of the firm's knowledge resources and internal training.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively to clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic approach to achieving client objectives.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage a demanding caseload, and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with legal practice management software.
  • A relevant legal qualification (e.g., LLB, LLM, LPC, CILEX).
  • A proven track record of building strong client relationships.
  • Fluent in Urdu and Hindi
