Circle by Will Wall is expanding its broker network and seeking proactive, detail-oriented interns to support our onboarding process. You'll play a key role in screening potential broker partners, managing communications, and ensuring a seamless experience from first contact to onboarding.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Broker screening: Evaluate incoming broker applications, conduct initial quality checks, and manage the screening process.
  • Communication: Address queries from interested brokers regarding Circle's operations, process, and offerings. Act as the first point of contact for external communications.
  • Interview coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between shortlisted brokers and the managing team.
  • Documentation & onboarding: Prepare and share relevant materials (explainer documents, terms of contract), assist the managing team in selection decisions, and ensure legal and onboarding formalities are completed.
  • Partner integration: Guide selected brokers through contractual agreements, arrange welcome kits, explain next steps, and clarify timelines for integration into Circle's setup.
  • Liaison: Collaborate closely with the management team throughout the selection and onboarding process.
