The Global Process Lead Product Change Management Manufacturing is responsible for defining and implementing the change management process within Manufacturing in AGCO. This role would initially defining the CIB (Change Implementation Board) processes for several global AGCO's product lines and afterwards make sure, that the process will be implemented at the different sites. The role will also communicate with other functions, that are involved in Product change management process, like Engineering, purchasing etc. This is a global role that requires some flexibility with work hours to adjust to different time zones

Your Impact

  • Collect and share change management best practice activities in different manufacturing sites

  • Responsible for governing a close loop change process (e.g. CRB, CIB, etc.) for global products.

  • Responsible for creating and maintaining Change Process documentation for AGCO product change process.

  • Introduction of change management processes pilots (proof of concept) in different product families and manufacturing sites

  • Definition and holding of global change management training

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience in product change management process

  • Successfully influences diverse groups and teams in a complex environment.

  • Project management skills

  • Fluent in English.

  • CM2 certification is a plus
