- • Oversee the daily operations of the resort, ensuring seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- • Lead, manage, and support departmental teams to achieve operational excellence.
- • Address and resolve guest issues promptly while maintaining a high level of hospitality.
- • Monitor operational costs and implement measures to ensure financial efficiency.
- • Ensure adherence to all standard operating procedures, safety regulations, and service quality benchmarks.
- • Enforce staff discipline, grooming, and conduct policies consistently.
- • Foster positive relationships with guests, staff, management, and local authorities.
- • Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance operational effectiveness and guest experience.Role & responsibilities
Preferred candidate profile
• Education: Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management from a recognized institution (mandatory).Experience:
- • A minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry.
- • At least 3 years of experience in the capacity of Operations Manager at a reputable resort or hospitality property.
