Store Keeper

Location: Lulung Aranya Nivas - Simlipal, odisha

Compensation & Benefits:

- Salary: ₹20,000 per month (CTC)

Experience Requirement:

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as a Store Keeper.
- Must have complete knowledge of store software / Inventory Management System (IMS).

Job Responsibilities:
1. Inventory & Stock Management:

- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, including receipts, issues, and balance.
- Regularly update stock in the store software and ensure reconciliation with physical stock.
- Monitor stock movement and generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
- Ensure par stock levels are maintained and initiate timely purchase requisitions.

2. Store Operations:

- Responsible for receiving, inspecting, and properly storing all incoming goods.
- Ensure correct issuance of materials to various departments as per requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the store.

3. Software & Documentation:

- Operate and maintain records in the store/inventory software with accuracy.
- Prepare purchase requisitions, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), issue slips, and other store documentation.
- Generate department-wise consumption reports and closing stock statements.

4. Compliance & Audit:

- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.).
- Facilitate internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation and records.

5. Team Coordination:

- Coordinate with purchase, accounts, and operations teams for smooth flow of materials.
- Supervise and guide store helpers / assistants if any.
- Report shortages, damages, and discrepancies promptly to management.

May have to get involved in purchases also

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of store procedures and documentation.
- Proficiency in store software / IMS and MS Office tools.
- Excellent organizational, record-keeping, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and accountability.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
