Location Lulung Aranya Nivas - Simlipal odisha Compensation Benefits Salary 20 000 per month CTC Three-time meals provided by the company Sharing bunker accommodation provided Provident Fund PF facility ESI Medical Insurance coverage Experience Requirement Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as a Store Keeper Must have complete knowledge of store software Inventory Management System IMS Job Responsibilities 1 Inventory Stock Management Maintain accurate records of stock levels including receipts issues and balance Regularly update stock in the store software and ensure reconciliation with physical stock Monitor stock movement and generate daily weekly and monthly stock reports Ensure par stock levels are maintained and initiate timely purchase requisitions 2 Store Operations Responsible for receiving inspecting and properly storing all incoming goods Ensure correct issuance of materials to various departments as per requirements Maintain cleanliness safety and orderliness of the store 3 Software Documentation Operate and maintain records in the store inventory software with accuracy Prepare purchase requisitions GRNs Goods Receipt Notes issue slips and other store documentation Generate department-wise consumption reports and closing stock statements 4 Compliance Audit Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements PF ESI etc Facilitate internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation and records 5 Team Coordination Coordinate with purchase accounts and operations teams for smooth flow of materials Supervise and guide store helpers assistants if any Report shortages damages and discrepancies promptly to management May have to get involved in purchases also Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of store procedures and documentation Proficiency in store software IMS and MS Office tools Excellent organizational record-keeping and communication skills High level of integrity discipline and accountability Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
