Duties/Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for last mile operations within the region.
  2. Plan, design and control day-to-day last Mile operations of team including logistics, resource/equipment planning, staffing, quality control, and managing vendor relations.
  3. Analysis of Operational Reports for its region/delivery centers & coordinating with team.
  4. Need to minimize the TAT failure and plan strategies accordingly.
  5. Planning & building network, executing Last mile operations.
  6. Responsible to arrange maximum deliveries within TAT. Also, decreasing aging of the shipments.
  7. Monitor the NDR/RTO and finding solutions for reducing monthly NDR & RTO %.
  8. Construct Strategy for regions to improve the operations scorecard. Evaluate and reduce operations cost.
  9. Develop New Territories in the Region.
  10. Monitoring and auditing of daily, weekly & monthly performance reports to ensure smooth execution of operations.
  11. Oversee the hiring & training of new team members and support their development. Conduct Weekly, Monthly & quarterly review of KPIs.
  12. Collect, track, & present metrics related to processes, team accuracy and efficiency, and drive improvements in efficiency, throughput and cost across the organization.
  13. Tracking & maintaining data for daily shipments.
  14. Establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
